instructions:
The style of this form is not accurate we want it to feel like the current form on the home page

These will all get saved into their fields in safari_members table and then an email verifying the email entered will be sent.
At the same time, safari_referral_codes member_id will be inserted into the safari_referral_codes table as well

This page will also need a link to the “Forgot My Link” page in case they need to get their link again.

the referral code will be generated in the safari_referral_codes  table which will be used in the verification email

EMAIL TEMPLATE

Email will have this logo centered at the top.

And include this text in email to the registrant:

Subject line “Welcome New Referrer!”
“Thanks for joining our referral program! If you could do us a favor and verify your email by clicking this link <insert email verification link>. Afterwich you will get your own personalized referral link you can send to anyone and get paid when our sale’s team closes on the deal.”
